Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Crystal’s View B & B. Listed below are Crystal’s View B & B policies and procedures, please read them carefully. By reading and signing your registration card at check-in or by booking a reservation on our website, you are agreeing to abide by all Crystal’s View B & B policies and procedures and accepting all responsibility for the reservation. TRAVEL INFORMATION: COVID-19 UPDATE
Your Travel Safety
The safety and security of our guests and team members remain our highest priority. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
In response to the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak, we have taken additional measures to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous
- Increased frequency of cleaning our public areas and key’s (including door handles, public bathroom, etc.) and continue the use of a quality disinfectant.
- Increased deployment of antibacterial hand sanitizers
Foreign National Visitor Restrictions
All guests arriving from outside of Canada will be required to provide the Crystal’s View B & B their Quarantine Exemptions if their stay occurs within the Government of Canada’s travel restrictions. Please visit the CBSA website for travel restriction details.
Furthermore, guests with signs and symptoms of COVID-19 will not be allowed to check into Crystal’s View B & B.
Your Travel Flexibility
During this time of uncertainty, Crystal’s View is offering a flexible booking option. For guests with existing reservations for all future arrival dates, including prepaid, non-refundable rates, we will allow full changes or cancellations without penalty up to 48 hours prior to arrival, as long as the change or cancellation is made by December 31, 2020.
For new reservations for any future arrival dates, you can rest assured we have converted all our offers to flexible cancellation policies allowing you to change or cancel up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Please note, changes to reservations may be subject to availability and any rate changes.
- Face coverings (masks) are required in all public areas.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. We will continue to follow guidance provided by the Public Health Agency of Canada to ensure the health and safety of our staff and the public remains our highest priority.
Vancouver Inn Guest Information
Check-in is between 4 PM To 6PM. Guest will be required to present a valid piece of government issued photo ID and on request valid credit card.
Check-out is at 11 AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 9 am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate. Early and late check-ins are not guaranteed. Charges may be applicable.
Our home cooked breakfast is served in the dining room between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Should you have special dietary requirements, please advise us.
All room reservations have a 14 days cancellation policy. If guest cancel before 14 days, they will be refunded back CAD $85.00 from the deposit. Any changes and cancellations must be made 14 days prior 12 pm noon (PST). Cancellations received within the 14 days period will be marked as a no show and will incur on guest reservation booking and tax charge to the credit card on file.
Pets are not allowed. Should it be determined that any pets are in or on the property a charge of $500.00 will be applied. Excessive disturbance or damages have taken place, Crystal’s View B & B reserves the right to charge any damage to the Guest or Reservation holder. The Guest or Reservation holder also acknowledges and agrees that amount will not limit the right of the Crystal’s View B & B to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest or Reservation holder and their Pets.
We are a non-smoking Bed and Breakfast. Smoking is prohibited at all times. If smoking has taken place in the house, a cleaning charge of $500.00 will be applied.
Guests must be 19 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian. A valid government issued photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification and on request valid credit card.
Crystal’s View B & B is an adult orientated Bed and Breakfast. We recognize that our guests wish to be surrounded by a tranquil and romantic environment. Although we love children, our accommodation’s focus is on creating an ambiance for couples. However, we welcome children over the age of 15 years old.
IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY
NO PARTYING ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. To ensure the enjoyment and to protect the Crystal’s View B & B and our guests, this policy is strictly enforced. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the Crystal’s View B & B immediately.
In order for guest accommodations to be confirmed, at the time of check in all sufficient credit credentials for payment must be provided.
When a debit or credit card is presented for authorization, please be advised that a pre-authorization maybe be taken. Any applicable guest room charges, and taxes will be placed on the authorized credit card.
Accepted Payment Types: Debit, VISA, MasterCard, Cash
If determined that damages have taken place at the Crystal’s View B & B by the Guest, the Hotel reserves all right to deduct from the Security Deposit/Pre-Authorization. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Security Deposit amount will not limit the right of the Crystal’s View B & B to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest.
The Guest hereby also agrees that any lost or damaged keys, TV remotes, blow dryers, irons, will be replaced at Guest(s) cost and will be deducted. The penalty for lost keys is $300.
